A couple of weeks ago the Grant a Gift programs team held a “Fiesta” party for our WORKS clients. These events are a great opportunity for our teens and young adults to socialize with each other in a fun and safe environment.

The Grant a Gift Autism Foundation Ackerman Center held a ribbon cutting ceremony today to officially recognize Grant a Gift’s transformational takeover of the Ackerman Autism Center. The now combined organization will provide unprecedented access and resources to local families affected by autism and other neurodevelopmental challenges.

Grant a Gift Autism Foundation, Nevada’s leading not-for-profit provider of clinical, support, and vocational programs and services to families affected by autism, announces the takeover of the Ackerman Autism Center.

April is Autism Awareness Month and Findlay Toyota supported in a big way this year with multiple fundraisers and employee awareness participation culminating in a total end of month donation of $30,583.18.

Even with the hurdles a virtual race can bring in terms of registration and participation, this year’s event, the Race for Hope 2021 presented by iSocial, raised the most donations in race history. In total, $130,000 was raised to help improve the odds for children living with autism in Southern Nevada.

Clark County commissioners joined the Grant a Gift Autism Foundation today to turn the Welcome to Las Vegas sign blue in support of World Autism Day and Autism Awareness Month.
