A Message From Our President: Thanks to you, we did it!

Two weeks ago, under the glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip and inside the legendary dome of Allegiant Stadium, Grant A Gift Autism Foundation- Ackerman Center hosted the 12th Annual Grant A Gift Gala.

As friends and partners, we joined together in record attendance for a truly magical evening of philanthropy and hope, where we shattered our goal and raised $3 Million for our organization. Through our incredible sponsors, ticket and table sales, the marvelous silent auction, and thrilling live auction we raised $2 Million – and then, leaving us all speechless, Mr. Hornbuckle – CEO of MGM Resorts International pledged another $1 Million over the next 5 years towards our vocational program.

The impressive success of this special evening is due to YOU – our guests, donors, friends, and our extraordinary honorees Ivan Sher, the Findlay Family, and Sugar & Spice – our community of givers and pilots of hope. All of us here at the Grant a Gift Autism Foundation - Ackerman Center are truly thankful for your trust and confidence in us, and our mission.

With these funds, our goal is to not only grow our staff to serve more patients but also expand our center to reach ALL families in Southern Nevada and across the state. These funds also allow us to develop more free family-centered activities and programming, training, and support groups. Allowing us to be Southern Nevada’s leading service provider and resource center for individuals and their families with neurodevelopmental conditions.

To relive all the magical memories from the evening, we invite you to browse the digital event program HERE and view the event photo gallery HERE, captured by AltF Photography.

One last special thanks to Smile Generation, Wynn Resorts, Gaudin Motor Company, Findlay Toyota, Subway, and The Templeton Group for always being in our corner – we are so lucky to have your continued support!

Lastly, if you feel aligned with partnering with us for future initiatives, we are looking for a matching sponsor during the month of November for Giving Tuesday. And our annual 5K Race for Hope is just around the corner, early sponsorship commitments are welcome.

With sincere gratitude,
Brian Hager
