A Heartfelt THANK YOU from Brian Hager, President of Grant A Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center

Dear Cherished Friends,

As I reflect on the tremendous success of our 13th Annual Grant A Gift Gala, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and a deep sense of appreciation for each one of you. Your presence and unwavering support during this special evening spoke volumes and the incredible solidarity within our Las Vegas community for the cause we hold dear.

A special note of thanks is extended to our generous presenting sponsors Gaudin Motor Company, Smile Generation, and Wynn Resorts. Your commitment to our mission is truly commendable, and it is your contributions that make events like the Grant a Gift Gala not only possible but extraordinarily impactful.

Together, we achieved another record attendance year filled with generosity and hope. Through the dedicated efforts of our sponsors, ticket and table sales, a remarkable silent auction, and an exhilarating live auction, we collectively raised an astonishing $1.6 million for our organization. This evening of incredible success is a testament to each and every one of you. The entire Grant A Gift Autism Foundation – Ackerman Center family is humbled and profoundly grateful for your generosity, trust, and belief in us and our mission.

Standing within the awe-inspiring Allegiant Stadium, I couldn't help but reflect on the greatness this venue has witnessed in our city. Now, with immense pride, we add our annual Grant a Gift Gala to that list of events. Each year, this gala surpasses our expectations, proving that our collective dedication knows no bounds. A heartfelt thank you to Mark Davis for allowing us to honor you and for your steadfast and generous partnership throughout the years.

We also had the great privilege of recognizing Senator Marilyn Dondero Loop with our Community Ambassador award for her unwavering passion for child advocacy and her instrumental role in passing key legislation to improve care and access in Nevada.

The night bloomed with so many memorable highlights—from the warm hospitality of our dedicated volunteer team to the exclusive Wynn Field Club, the excitement of the silent auction items, and the incredible energy that permeated the entire evening. Your presence on social media, sharing your experiences and showcasing the floral-themed outfits, added an extra layer of joy to the occasion.

During the program, we shed light on a sobering statistic—1 in 36 children in the US will be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This emphasizes the urgency to reach these children at an earlier age, as an early diagnosis opens doors to early therapy and crucial resources for a healthier life.

Your unwavering support and dedication to our cause humble us. Together, we have the power to make a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve. As we enter the holiday season, I wish you joy and fulfillment. Please keep an eye out for future events and the 2024 Grant A Gift Gala save the date; your continued support ensures the success of our future endeavors.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Brian Hager, CMPE
